Melaleuca ericifolia
8-16€ / 10ml

Rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia) is an Australian tree of the Melaleuca family, like tea tree. Sometimes called 'lavender tea tree' because its scent blends the herbaceous freshness of tea tree with floral lavender-like notes. Aboriginal peoples used it for respiratory and skin ailments.
Contains both linalool (35-55%) and 1,8-cineole (15-25%), giving it a dual calming-respiratory profile. Gentler than tea tree, more anti-infectious than lavender. An excellent family essential oil that bridges the gap between these two workhorses.
Les propriétés listées reposent sur des études in vitro et/ou un usage traditionnel. Sauf mention contraire, elles n'ont pas été validées par des essais cliniques humains rigoureux. Ces informations ne constituent pas un avis médical.

Rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia) is an Australian Melaleuca with a unique profile: linalool-dominated (35-55%) rather than cineole or terpinen-4-ol like its cousins tea tree and cajeput. A 'gentle tea tree' with a pleasant lavender-like scent.
Excellent. Its linalool-dominant profile makes it one of the gentlest anti-infectious essential oils. Usable from age 3 diluted. Ideal for childhood infections (colds, ear infections, skin infections) without the harshness of tea tree.
Same family (Melaleuca) but very different profile. Tea tree is more powerful (terpinen-4-ol), rosalina is gentler (linalool). For adults and serious infections: tea tree. For children and everyday use: rosalina.
